UK Delivery Information

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free UK delivery on orders with a total value of £15.00 or over (after any discounts are applied) and a standard charge of £3.00 on orders with a total value below £15.00 (after any discounts are applied)

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

We aim to process orders within 24 hours (subject to availability)

We aim to ensure delivery within 2 to 3 days of orders being placed

Orders placed Monday to Thursday are generally shipped the following day (depending on the time the order was placed). Orders placed Friday to Sunday will not be shipped until the Monday (Please note we do not dispatch or deliver on public holidays)

How is my order sent?

All deliveries are made via courier service and a signature is required. Please make sure somebody is available at the delivery address to sign. If you were to miss your scheduled delivery day a notice card will be posted at the delivery address. The courier will repeat this process for three working days. To hold your order for a future delivery date please contact the Moss and Rowe customer service team on 01138680311 or the courier directly.  If you would like to change your delivery address please contact a member of our customer service team. Once the courier has tried to deliver your order on three occasions the package will be returned to us. Please note if this were to happen we may charge you for delivery.

What happens if my goods arrive damaged?

If any part of your order arrives damaged, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team on 01138680311 or email info@mossandrowe.co.uk  our phone lines are open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

 What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived by the scheduled delivery day please contact our customer service team on 01138680311 or email info@mossandrowe.co.uk . If we establish that the cause of any delay is with us we will credit you part or all of the delivery cost (if a delivery cost was applied at the time the order was placed). If the courier has attempted to deliver your order but for whatever reason nobody was able to sign for it, this will not be classed as late delivery and goodwill credit will not be given.
