1: How do I register for an account?

To complete a purchase with Moss and Rowe you must first register an account. To register, click on ‘Your Account’ at the top of the page and it will ask you to login. On this page there will be an option to ‘create an account’, you will then need to fill out the form.

2: How do I log in to my account?

To log into your account with Moss and Rowe, click on ‘Your Account’ at the top of the page and enter the email address and password that you registered when setting up your account.

3: How can I find out if my goods have been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email which will confirm the details of your purchase and the delivery method chosen.

4: Am I able to change my order once it's been placed?

5: What happens if I no longer require my order?

6: Do your Moss and Rowe products contain parabens?

Our product range is completely free from parabens.

7: Are your products tested on animals?

No, none of our Moss and Rowe products are tested on animals.

8: Are Moss and Rowe products suitable for sensitive skin and any allergies?

We endeavour to create luxury hand soaps and moisturisers that won’t irritate sensitive skin or aggravate allergies.  As none of our products have been hypoallergenic tested we cannot guarantee that they will be suitable for sensitive skin.

9: Can you ship your products to all countries?

Our products can only be shipped in the UK.

10: Do all orders have to be placed directly on the Moss and Rowe website?

11: How do I become a stockist?

We would be more than happy to speak to you about becoming a stockist. Please email your contact details and location to info@mossandrowe.co.uk and a member of our customer service team will contact you.

12: Will any of my personal information be shown to other companies?

No. All personal information is completely confidential. We would not disclose information to any unrelated third party that identifies you in any way, without getting permission directly from you. (For more information please refer to our Privacy Policy)

13: Is my credit card/debit card information safe?

Our website uses Braintree payment to encrypt information provided. Cardholder data is managed in the Braintree Vault, using multiple encryption keys with split knowledge and dual control. A data thief would not be able to make use of information stolen from a database without also having the key. This data store cannot be connected to via the internet.
